Please I want someone to advise me how to write a letter to a university in a formal way, asking them to accepting me in Msc. degree .
i will be appreciated if you could show me a template for that kind of letter and i will try to do another one like the template.

Instead of using a template which will be quite impersonal, why don't you try writing the letter yourself first? I'm sure you could make a good attempt at it in your own language so do that and then translate it as well as you can into English. Post it here and we can then review and comment.
