This is not a comma splice, because the first part is a dependent clause (because it starts with "if.")
This WOULD be a comma splice:
Imagine you are stuck on an island, who would you choose to be with.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
