I don't see much difference there. Perhaps (?) "vexed at" is more appropriate for the person.
I'm vexed at you. Your behavior last night was appalling.

usage What will voice be the passive voice of " His behaviour vexes me". ?
"I am vexed at his behaviour"
OR
"I am vexed by his behaviour"
If both are correct, what is the difference?

Re: usage I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Re: usage Cant we say that "I am vexed at your behaviour" is not passive voice. 'vexed' in this sentence is an adjective not the third form of the verb.Please guide
