I will be there on 16 December 2010
"I will be there on 16 December 2010", should this be pronounced as "I will be there on sixteen December two thousand and ten", or "I will be there on the sixteenth of December two thousand and ten" ?

"I will be there on the sixteenth of December two thousand and ten" I would use this.

I'd say "I will be there on the sixteenth of December twenty ten".
