Hi,
if we say iam training these days in a health club
Does it mean you are training somebody or you are being trained by somebody?

It could mean either!
"I am training" can mean "I work as a trainer" or it can mean "I am exercising".
These days, I work out at a health club.
These days, I work as a trainer at a health club.
