Do you ever say "toss your cookies" to mean "to vomit"?

Re: toss your cookies I personally do not - but there are literally hundreds of ways to describe vomiting in English. I would understand what you are saying though - I have heard that expression before.

Re: toss your cookies It would probably be used with a child or an elderly person. It is a gentle way of describing the act of vomiting. Much better than puke or hurl.
