About the weather
Hello,
Is there any difference in meaning between these two sentences?:
"what is the weather like?" and
"what does the weather look like?"
Thank you for your help.

Both appear to me to be fine.
My personal feeling is that the first is a request for news about the weather at the the moment of speaking, while the second may be a request for a guess (based on the current situation) as to what the weather will be like in the near future.
