so which one is correct? or they're just interchangeable ?

The second sounds wrong to me. I certainly use only the first. My dictionary gives only with.

But I see many natives use the second one too,here's another example:
" That distribution description doesn't resonate for me or for my family or for my friends orfor my community."

I agree that only "with" sounds right.
