I came across this structure in a Turkish site.they were discussing usage of your/his/her + Ving as as object.But I am not sure this usage is ok
eg.
1-I don't want your going to party (I dont want you to go to party)
2-I don't want your dying
3-The man that I don't want his coming to our party

2. I don't want you to die.
3. I don't want this man coming to our party.

why didn't you find correct "your dying".To me , gramaticly "your going " and "your dying " are same

You cannot say, "I don't want his dying."
You have to say, "I don't want him dying."

You can also say, "I don't want him coming to our party."

So what do you say about:
I don't want you to die.
And:
I don't want you dying.


I believe your is not suitable for these sentences.
However, I would like to see a confirmation.

(1) I do not want you going to the party. (As you said, this is

just another way to say: I do not want you to go to the party.)

(2) I do not want you dying. (As e2e4 said, this is just another

way to say: I do not want you to die.)

(3) As Nightmare said, the correct sentence might be:

I don't want him coming to the party.

When the teachers answer, they will explain why "your" and "his"

in those sentences are wrong. Let's take "I do not want you dying."

What are you emphasizing? "You" or "dying"? Probably "You." That is,

I love you. I do not want YOU to die. Now let's look at this sentence:

X has died at the age of 25. I am so sad about his dying so young.

Here we are emphasizing the death. Whose dying makes us so sad?
His dying.

I think that we need to use the possessive ("your") because

we are answering the question: Whose being rich?

Answer: Your being rich, Tom's being rich, my friend's being rich.
