Question What does " I am over you" mean?

Rachel: (on phone) Ross, hi, it's Rachel. I'm just calling to say that um, everything's fine and I'm really happy for you and your cat who, by the way, I think you should name Michael. And, you know, ya see there I'm thinking of names so obviously, I am over you. I am over you and that, my friend, is what they call closure. (hangs up and tosses phone in the ice bucket)

In the giving context above, what does " I am over you" mean? Also, what does closure mean?

Precisely. It comes from the expression to be over an illness meaning recover. It has become fashionable to use this phrase when referring to a relationship because it belittles the other person, reducing him/her to the status of a virus.

Closure is a trendy term that means the issue (or whatever) has been closed out of your thoughts, settled for good, finalized.

To me it means that at one time I had feelings for you (I was bitten by a love bug) but now those feelings are gone and now I am indifferent to those feelings.
