    I have normally heard and seen this without 'own'.

    It means 'it's your concern', often with a slightly negative or dimissive implication.

    James: I think that you'd be unwise to resign over such a small thing. Jobs are hard to find in the current climate.
    Henry: You might not resign, but I have made up my mind to.
    James: Well, it's your lookout.
