I will be vacation leave 22-24 Dec, please correct me to write letter but i don't want to use beginning of letter I will be away from work
because I prevent my office may be understand resign from work

I will be away from work doesn't mean that you resigned, it just means that you will not be present at your office. It's similar to, I will be out of the office tomorrow morning, or, the doctor won't be in until Thursday. It is generally understood to mean that your being away from work is a temporary thing.
