    and
    "A Merry Christmas"?

    There is no difference in meaning, they might be used in different situations though.

    In most situations, meeting friends or family members, we would say "Merry Christmas". If we are writing Christmas greetings to someone, we might write, "I wish you a Merry Christmas..."
