So Stefani composed a song with a cheerleading stomp-clap type rhythm and added the word "sh*t" throughout the lyrics to indicate that while she may be a cheerleader, she's a cheerleader with attitude.

"This my sh*t" in terms of the song means "this is my territory, my situation, my milieu. If you want to hang out with me, it will be on my terms."
