My son studying in 5th standard in bishop cotton boys school. We are shifting to delhi for business purpose and are not able to come for 2 years. but we would like to continue my son studys in bishop cotton school only. we would like to admit him in bishop school hostel for 2 years. please help me in writing letter to principal regarding this.

How old is your son? Do you mean that you would like him to return to Bishop Cotton Boys' School when you get back from Delhi (note the use of capital letters)? What is the hostel? Could he live there without you for two years?
