Confused sentence; Have there been so many...
Hi my friends,
While i was reading a book, i came across with the sentence bellow and could not realize which grammar rule has been used.
"And never before have there been so many black media choices."

When the sentence begins with a negative expression, we invert subject and verb:
Never have I seen such a beautiful sight.
Little did he know what she really intended.
Nowhere can you find a friendlier reception.
At no time did I say that.

I never seen that rule before. I think that may cause vital confusion for english learners! Better to not use often!
