1. Is it OK to write Mr ABC on the left side of a man's name below the signature in a letter or end an email with Mr ABC in a similar way?

2. Is it OK to write Miss/Ms/Mrs XYZ on the left side of a woman's name below the signature in a letter or an email with Miss/Ms/Mrs XYZ in a similar way?

1. Is it OK to write Mr ABC below the signature in a letter or end an email with Mr ABC? No, not generally.

2. Is it OK to write Miss/Ms/Mrs XYZ on the left side of a woman's name below the signature in a letter or end an email with Miss/Ms/Mrs XYZ, If the woman prefers one of these forms, then you see it. It is quite common to put this in brackets.: (Mrs) Lindsay Dobbs.
