Can a person be 'inappropriate' for a job?
Hi,
If a person hasn't got the right skills for a job, then can it be said they're inappropriate? Any other suggestions?
Many thanks.

May I ask what elements make the word inappropriate unsuitable (to be used) for humans?
Thanks.

Not sure if this will clarify anything or muddy the waters:
You can say "he is not (an) appropriate (candidate) for this job" if, say, you're hiring an ex-robber as a bank guard or a sex offender to work at a women's shelter.
