Smile what is the meaning of "part of the act"?

    Hello

    --------------------------------------------------------
Phoebe: Chandler's hard to read, he's one of those repressed guys that you would have to seduce.
Monica: I think that's part of the act. I have a feeling that Chandler is a lot more sophisticated than he seems.
    --------------------------------------------------------

Is that mean "he's faking it(because the act is an act)" or "it's part of his behavior"?

Yes - it's part of the image he is trying to present.

    Can I say this...?

When you are with your blind date girl, you think she is kind, nice,, then you got to know some of her friend, they say about her in a negative way... It's part of the act..
    or
Blind date girl said “You are really good at everything”. To boast of yourself more, can you say "it's part of the act."

I guess you could as a joke. If you think she'll share your sense of humour.

You need to write out something like "a girl I had a blind date with". "Blind date girl" kind of sounds like the girl was blind; it's awkward phrasing.
