'I've hardly finishe' or 'I've finished hardly..'

The first one is correct, because we put adverbs right after or before the verbs. In your case, present perfect, the adverbs (most of them- hardly is one of them) are put between the auxiliary verb and the main verb.

I've hardly finished my homework.

:up: The second order would be possible but with a large pause before the adverb; even then, a different choice of adverb would be more likely: 'I've finished my homework... Almost - I still have to do the Bibliography'. And in the mouth of a second speaker, that adverb would make sense:

A: I've finished my homework.
B: Hardly - didn't she ask for a thousand words?
