    Cool to be of poor/good quality

    Hello!

    Can we say:

    "These shoes are of poor/good quality?"

    Is "of" necessary in this sentence?

    I'd keep it, even if it's not what the majority of speakers would choose. Please don't consider this opinion anything more than an opinion though.
