I've been surfing the Internet and I've found this word. Do you know what it means?
Apart from the word itself, which I would leave in English, I see no problems in translation there.

The word "morale" seems odd there. Morale is the general mental well-being of an organization. They are particularly happy troops?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
