Don't you mind my specifying this?

    1) You didn't use the definite article in the Hotel Virginia phrase. Why?
    2) Is there any rule on posing the names with hotels? I've looked through some pages on the Net and almost everywhere there was Victoria Hotel/ Alabama Hotel etc. (again, the names are just the examples) with a proper name in the first place.

Another common term for a small park is "pocket park"

Oh, thanks, I've had a look. But it's still too small for 'my' park ).

I believe that when the name of the hotel begins with the word Hotel, it does not take an article.

Any experts want to confirm or deny?

I've just made some research in the Wilipedia. The encyclopedia defines my word (which I was initially writing as 'public garden') as well-equipped space planted with trees inside residential or industrial building. *It has a 0.15-2 hectares size and is usually located in a square or at a streets crossing. Meant for a pedestrians' short rest.
*In most cases the size doesn't exceed 2 hectares, but there are some squares (I mean 'my' public garden) which can be much larger than that.

Also, the Oxford dictionary defines park as 'a large public garden or area used for recreation'.

Maybe that will help you to find the right word for what I mean. Very much hope for that

p.s. sorry, there's no link in the Wiki for the English definiton.

There are some problems with the link. Don't know really why... Just will write it somehow in words:
    ru.wikipedia.org
    /wiki/сквер

Type that along without any gaps

Yeah, I know that, yet I had some doubts on the point. So, сквер still will be public park or just park, won't it?
