Default 1 or 2 dots for etc

Hey, if etc. is used at the end of a sentence, do we two dots for it. For example,

I like apples, bananas, and etc..

By the way, do we need and before etc.?

Thanks. Although maybe it's no big deal, it is better to make it 100 percent right in academic materials.
