I need help with a sentence (tag-line) for a client... She has a tailoring business and she submitted this tagline, "Clothing aren't bought to fit, their tailored to fit". What is wrong with this sentence and why? Firstly I know that their should be they're. Please help.

"Clothes aren't bought to fit, they're tailored to fit"
OR
"Clothing isn't bought to fit, it's tailored to fit"
I think the first one works better.
