Not too sure of the meaning in some places, but:

"We did ask you to send[/return] the sample(s) to us after shipment, but, despite a long wait, we still haven't yet received it(/them).
Kindly return the "acknowledgement of receipt" or advise us by email as usual.
To avoid confusion, if you have already sent the sample, please do not mention it in your invoice.
Please reimburse[?] us for any missing samples ASAP."
