I guess this has a meaning of "necessary" or "have to", right?

And what if B just say without "so" like "You are going to Korea."?

I think in this situation "so" means follows

Yes- the second speaker is telling the first that they have no choice in the matter and will definitely go there. This usage of so doesn't always have to contradict something- it can also be used for emphasis.

It's worthwhile mentioning this is slang, and is fairly new in its widespread popularity. Strictly speaking, "so" should apply to an adverb or adjective, but not a verb.

There is the contradictory use of so which in my own life was limited mostly to childish arguments while playing soccer/football: "Yay! Gooooal!" "That was too high, it was over the bar." "Was not!" "Was so!" "Was not!" "Was so!" "Was not!" "Was so!" "WAS NOT!" "WAS SO!" etc., etc., etc.
