Default "in a bank" or "at a bank"

I am on leave. So if somebody asks me "where are you working" Can I say,
I am working in a bank. or
I am working at a bank. Which one is correct?
    Thank you.

    NOT A TEACHER.

"I work at/for a bank" would be my preference, but "in" might also be correct.

    Hello, there.
I wonder if the indefinite article might be ommited?
    Thanks.
