You cannot say How do you like?. We normally ask How do you feel? after someone has been ill, or had an unpleasant experience.

"How do you feel?" is more likely to be used in a situation where the person you are greeting has been ill. Most frequently heard is "How are you?" Note that "instead" is one word.

That is, you can't use 'How do you like?' in this context with this meaning. You can give 'like' an object though: 'How do you like this suit/my tan/a taste of your own medicine [an idiom that means 'How do you like being treated in the way that you usually treat others?']...
