    Default living in the moment

Tom always over worries about everything. His mum asked him not to worry too much and enjoy living in the moment.

    1. Is the above sentence structure correct?

    2. What does it mean of living in the moment?

    3. Any simple word/adjective to describe one who's been over worrying about everything?

'Over worries' or 'overworries' look weird to me and I couldn't find them in the dictionary either. I'd just say that 'he worries too much'.

Living in the moment would imply you're living the 'here and now', that you don't look back too often or worry about the future. I've found this on the net:

If we can't live in the moment without tweeting about it, or broadcasting all of our thoughts to our 2,000 Facebook friends, are we in danger of losing our sense of identity? BBC - How to disconnect from your online life

However, I've also found this form: live for the moment - live or act without worrying about the future. Oxford

That's the only one I use.
