Do you mean that you took your brother to the city hospital? Doctors usually admit patients, not family members.

In America, we would not say 'yesterday' night, we would instead say 'last' night. Therefore, the better way of writing this sentence would be:
My brother was admitted to the city hospital last night.
or
I took my brother to the city hospital last night.
