I can't make out the part in blue at all. It seems like you need to try to say this using more than one sentence.
I would also use an "also" -- not only... but also...
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
