    It means 10 dollars. "Smacker" is a slang term for a dollar in AmE ("How much do you want for that original issue Superman comic book?" "I can't part with it for less than 50 smackers.") "Smackeronies" or "smackeroonies" is just an extension of the slang word. Lots of people tend to do this, for example, Ned Flanders from The Simpsons (instead of simply saying "OK" he'll extend it six syllables and say "okily dokily").
