Hello, teachers, What is the difference between It's a pleasure and with pleasure?
Hello, teachers, What is the difference between It's a pleasure and with pleasure?
For example:
A: Could you please give me a ride?
B: Sure _______________.
I think both are ok. But I think It's a pleasure is better. (just feeling)
Thank you!

There's no difference.
They both mean that you will be pleased to give him a ride.
Although It'll be a pleasure might sound better.

In answer to "Could you please give me a ride?" I would say:
1) Sure, with pleasure.
2) Sure, it would be a pleasure.
I definitely wouldn't say "Sure, it's a pleasure". However, I might say "Sure, it's always a pleasure to have some company on a car journey."
