Adverb Placement
Hello!
Where are the adverbs supposed to be in these sentences, please? :
-Does it happen often? /Does it often happen?
-It's almost necessary everywhere!/ It's necessary almost everywhere!
-I can't always be planning things! /I can't be always planning things!
Thank you very much for your help.

-It's almost necessary everywhere! This suggests that it is not 100% necessary/obligatory
It's necessary almost everywhere! This suggests that it is not necessary (for example) in 95 % of places, but not in 100%.
-I can't always be planning things! /I can't be always planning things! No real difference.
