May I know the rest after triple which are in common use as it seems I haven't encounted apart from the above three?

"Quadruple" and "quintuple" are used for coronary bypasses. That might be the usage most familiar with lay people. I can't think of common uses for higher numbers.

No, but they would go with "twofold", "threefold" etc.
