    Default all (the/these) 27 areas

    Hi,

    Question:
should I say "all 27 areas / all the 27 areas / all these 27 areas"?

    Setence:
The European Union consists of 27 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, ..., and Germany.
Job opportunities exist in all 27 areas / all the 27 areas / all these 27 areas.

    thanks

All three are correct, I'd probably use the first.

I agree with Bhaisahab - I prefer the first. I'm not sure I would change "countries" to "areas" in the second half of the statement though. The 27 countries are exactly that. If you said "The EU consists of 27 areas" that would not be correct.

The EU consists of 27 countries and job opportunities exist in all 27 [countries].

The second "countries" is not entirely necessary. You could finish the sentence with "27".
