Ju, I know this is not the first time you've been asked to NOT post unrelated questions in the same post.
While C applies to your first question, B has nothing to do with it. Please start a new thread and ask the question you asked in B.
As for C, in the US, it's called a period.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
