the difference between quick and fast?

Dear friends
I would really appreciate it if you could explain the difference between quick and fast.
I know it is correct to say " he is a fast learner" but is it common to say " he is a quick learner"
what is the real meaning of " She is a fast woman" ?

'fast' can also mean promiscuous, as in the case of a 'fast' woman. you could also say 'he pulled a fast one', which means the person did something generally deceitful. to 'fast' also means to not eat anything for a while.

when using the word to describe speed, 'fast' is usually considered to be speedier than 'quick'

'quick' also has a couple of different meanings, the most common being the core of something. to cut something to the quick means you got right down into the marrow of the matter. you also frequently hear people talk about cutting their nails to the quick, which is kind of gross when you think about it.
