    Smile tense

    Ed,
Olga Kovacs, who represents one of our most important clients, will visit our city next week. We want to make sure she gets the best treatment possible while she is here.
She _____ at the Grand Hotel, not too far from our office. We expect her to arrive at the office first thing Monday morning.

stays / stayed / has stayed / will be staying.

I think 'stay' is stative verb. so I thought the answer is 'stays' or 'will stay'
And I don't know how 'will be staying' can be an answer...
I cannot understand why there is continous form.

The act of 'staying' in a hotel is not a particularly lively one, but STAY is not a stative verb. 'Staying' has duration, and is consciously begun and ended by the person doing it.
