I think 'stay' is stative verb. so I thought the answer is 'stays' or 'will stay'
And I don't know how 'will be staying' can be an answer...
I cannot understand why there is continous form.

stays / stayed / has stayed / will be staying. I think 'stay' is stative verb. so I thought the answer is 'stays' or 'will stay'

The act of 'staying' in a hotel is not a particularly lively one, but STAY is not a stative verb. 'Staying' has duration, and is consciously begun and ended by the person doing it.
