Are the above writing correct? If both are correct, then what are the differences between them?

They're OK, but a car makes more sense to me unless you really know which car it is. Watch out has a greater sense of urgency IMO.

I agree, and as a shouted warning it should be followed by an exclamation mark.

'Watch out! A car's coming.'

Students please note the correct use of the exclamation mark. A single one suffices. Too many of you use three or four of them after Thanks in this forum - totally unnecessary.
