    Default Port a Sans

    Hi,

Could anyone tell me what "Port-a-Sans" mean in the following context?

"Sam , if you want the ladies, you'll do better fixing Port-a-Sans."

I have googled this term online, but can't find the exact meaning.
However, I found a website and it seemed like that this term refer to something in the toilet or bathroom.
The Trust for Governors Island - Visit the Island - Directions & Ferry Schedule

Here are two related sentences from the aforementioned website:

*Indoor bathrooms and port-a-sans are available for visitors to use once they arrive on Governors Island.
*Port-a-sans are located throughout the Island.

Does it refer to men's pee utensil? (btw, I don't know how to call that thing)

    Thanks for your kind answer.

It's a brand name for a portable unisex restroom (toilet). There are several different companies that sell these units under different brand names, but they're basically all the same - a chemical flush toilet and a small sink with running water to wash your hands.

    That's called a "urinal."

In the UK the dominant trade-name is Sanilav. At big outdoor meetings (rock festivals, marathons etc) they're in cubicles and called 'portaloos'.
