What is the meaning of "Resident Evil"?Certainly You know that this is the name of a video game.

'Evil' can function as a noun. So, 'Resident Evil' presumably refers to some form of evil (noun) that is living with you. If you know the game, you will know better than I.

I agree with your answer, but I'm confused why you would end the sentence with "I."
Wouldn't it sound better if you were to say "than I do," "than me," or "than myself?"

better than I = better than I do/am etc
better than he = better than he does/is etc
In such instances, the final verb is unnecessary as it will already have been given earlier in the sentence.

Could it be similar to Resident Doctor- one who has completed their education but is still being supervised? I haven't played the game so don't know whether this would fit:

I'm sure there are plenty of people here who are interested in video games, but that's not what we're here for!
Please note my amendments above. You need to remember to put a space after every full stop and every comma (and all other punctuation marks except an opening bracket).
