I know that we can use 'now, later, today..etc' with 'simple present'.

For example,

A :Okay, I do it right now.

But I want to learn if we construct a sentence about 'smell, want, like, love...etc.' , does it mean only simple present or simple present continuous?

For example,

I want to watch this movie
I want to watch this movie now.
(They may be simple present or present continuous tense. It depends on the context. Is that right?).

Because we can not put 'ing'.If we say ' i watch this movie now. It is simple present tense again.

Actually, we don't use it this way. You need to say, "Okay, I'm going to do it now" or "Okay, I'll do it now." If you are actually doing it now, you'd say, "I'm doing it now". (the present progressive/continuous)
A native speaker would never say, "I do it now".

Yes, it is. But no one would say that. We'd say, "I'm watching this movie now" - which is in the present continuous.

"Okay, I do it right now" and "I watch this movie now" are both incorrect.
I want to watch this movie
I want to watch this movie now.
Neither of these can be put into present continuous tense.

They are both simple present. An adverb, 'now', cannot change the tense.

I haven't ever seen ' i am wanting to watch this movie now' till now.
And you might never see it. But if you ask a question, you must be prepared for the answer.

You still need to review the present continuous tense. This would probably be far more educational for you than asking questions for which you don't understand the answers.
"I watch the movie" - Simple present.
"I am watching the movie" - Present continuous.
