i like to send a mail to my manger with a attachment of overtime sheet. even i like to tell him, our supervisors will get overtime up to 27th of september, rest of public holidays they will get compensative leave . please help me to write a mail...

It would probably get lost if you sent it to your manger. Your manager might never get it.
Why not make an attempt at the letter first?

Please find the above attached file for Shift staff overtime details. Mean time I would like to inform you, as per Our HRD rules up to Grade-7 get overtime only in Ramadan period. And rest of Public holiday will they can take compensatory leave.

Dear Sir,

Please find attached the above attached file for Shift Staff Overtime Record details. Mean time I would like to inform you that, as per Our HRD rules, staff up to Grade-7 get overtime are entitled to overtime payment only in for the Ramadan period. And rest of Public holiday will they can take compensatory leave. They are entitled to take compensatory leave for working during the public holidays.
