1) Does lighting strikes people who are bathing naked in the rain.
2) Does lighting strikes people who are bathing nakedly in the rain.
what is the difference between the two sentences above? and do the two sentences carry the same meaning in english? which one is natural? please explain it grammatically.
Thank you.
Both sentences are ungrammatical because of "Does lighting strikes..."
Can you see why?
"bathing naked" is correct. "Nakedly" is most often used to mean "blatantly". You can look it up in a dictionary if you don't know it. Then, if you still have questions, you can ask again.
