Both sentences are ungrammatical because of "Does lighting strikes..."
Can you see why?
"bathing naked" is correct. "Nakedly" is most often used to mean "blatantly". You can look it up in a dictionary if you don't know it. Then, if you still have questions, you can ask again.

Lighting strikes nothing. 'Lightning' might strike anybody outside in a thunderstorm.
