Dear all,
I have doubts about the following sentence:
It seems to me that firstly, one should use Simple Past in the if-clause and secondly, it's necessary to use the singular form instead of the plural one. Could you please confirm or deny?It would be great if she (and her friends if they are free) come tomorrow.
Use the past tense:
It would be great if she (and her friends if they are free) came tomorrow.
Thanks, Bennevis!
What about the singular/plural form in:
(if we consider this part as a separate sentence)she (and her friends if they are free) come tomorrow.
I think it is necessary to use 'comes' instead of 'come', isn't it?
Thanks for your help, Afit and Raymott
