    Please, help me to understand the phrase Performance Excellence, here's the context:

    This guide has been produced to help you support the members of your team to maximize their achievements under Performance Management process.
    Performance Excellence comprises three phases and is a long-term process:
    I suppose, it's kind of perfect result of the employee's work...
