    laurinha, the information that it comes from a movie is no help. Unless we have more information about the cirumstances in which this was said, , anything we might say would be only a guess.

    Having downloaded the full subtitle, it seems that it's the only time when "Code R" is mentioned. (I only know what "Code red" is. I could tell you the truth about that, assuming "you can handle the truth". )
