Default "head on over to" What's that mean?

Head on over to the John Frieda US facebook page and like them now

"on" would be something like"continuing" and "over" something like"changing, in or to a place"?

It basically means "go to" or "move to."

"Head over" or "head on over" mean the same thing. "After the game, head on over to my house for a victory party."
